This is a complimentary therapy combining the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Techniques. Kinesiology is renowned for being able to identify and help the underlying cause of health and emotional problems that are difficult to find by any other means.
Kinesiologists apply a wide range of gentle, yet powerful techniques that restore balance, and sustain health and well being. By using muscle testing Kinesiologists can find the factors that are causing disruption in physical or emotional health. The advantage to using this technique is that it utilises the knowledge that the brain holds. It is not necessary to remember or talk about a stressful or traumatic event in order to work with it.

Touch For Health is a foundation technique that all Kinesiologists will undergo in their training. Put simply it is like acupuncture without the needles. Using muscle testing a client can have their health improved by working on the Chinese meridian system. Working with the meridians locates where there are blockages and problems in the body and can either rectify them or indicate an appropriate solution. Frequent treatment which keeps the body and muscles in balance is an excellent way to maintain good health.

This is a therapy system that explores past painful experiences that continue to influence you in present time. When the source of negative behavioural patterns or feelings is identified a treatment enables you to release these patterns using newer positive observations, experiences and visualisations to replace the old behaviour.
